We have been working with First Citizens for well over a year now. And the service is exceptional. With a plastic surgery practice, a surgery center, a wellness center and a charity, we have a variety of banking needs. The team at First Citizens goes out of their way to provide efficient, effective and very personalized service. Admittedly, it is a real pleasure to still be able to walk into a bank and be addressed by your name without having to check in. Real Quality Service.
