horrible bank.spoke to someone from fraud and the lady has still not issued my $1000 check for account being closed. The lady told me it would be mailed out this week and I called her today and she says it's not ready and that maybe she'll have a different answer next week .basically she is confirming to be a liar and complained when I filed an identity theft report because that's what it is you guys are stealing
I’ve been trying for 3 days to reach an agent over the phone and it’s impossible. Wrote an email and no answer do you really have agents working? I just want to create an account and process my HOA payments. Can anyone assist?
