Horrible service! I just brought them a check from their own bank and they refused to cash it because it had “marks” from a previous bank on it. Absolutely ridiculous. Take your money far away from these hacks!
So many things. After 7 years they still can’t figure out why I can’t add my card to my Apple wallet. I’ve moved and just because you change your address in the app doesn’t mean anything. And lawd don’t change your phone number! Digital banking is always down. Called the Gainesville branch to get my balance and Tricia I guess just didn’t feel like it and told me I had to come in. Open a checking account online went to withdraw my fund and was denied access to my money because of the color of my skin! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH LOCATION IF YOUR DARK THEY WILL PUT HOLDS ON THE ACCOUNT!!!
