Slow getting my checks ordered and my debit cad came in 2 weeks late too Can't get online on iPhone can't get my balance and I tried them to do it but it's still not there
Drive through is terrible. We’ve been wasting our lunch break waiting with only 4 cars total and no one at the counter because we can see inside. We’ve been waiting over 25 minutes now for assistance. I certainly miss the other workers that have now retired. They were helpful and quick. Got us in and out. These new ones seem lost or something.

This bank is by far the worst bank I have ever dealt with especially concerning customer service. They'll also lie right to your face and will not give you a number to their corporate office or even the head manager of a branch. If you value a bank that not only doesn't try to hold your money hostage, but wouldn't even properly look into a case of fraud connected to your account; then stay very far away from these crooks.
