Toni and everyone that works here, works hard to make sure each and every customer has their needs met. Cannot say enough about this particular bank and the people that work there.
Used an ATM to pull some money out, machine froze up and never saw any of my money. They took it right out of my account, but I didn't received any of the money. Talk to main office, and to my surprise They don't own the ATM's. said it would take up to 10 days for them to put the cash back in my account. They just suck, when my cash is back I'm taking my business elsewhere.
Due to the horrible negligence of Manager Faith Hudson, Stand in Teller, Toni Fisher, and Tellers, Bonita Foster and Angela Peterson, First Citizens Fraud Dept almost completely closed my account with my money still in it. It would have been electronically gone had I not acted fast to get the money, pay my bill, and close that account myself.
