Everyone that works here is super friendly and helpful.
Today just wasn't a day I wanted to deal with. Walked into this branch and was greeted by Pamela. I was having issues with a payment from a company she made sure to keep a smile on her face and as well make me laugh!! A good hard laugh is definitely what I needed today. Usually I'm the one that makes sense a person smile or laugh but today it was return. Thank you Pamela for your service.
Yesterday a lady her name is Bertha Carlevale wasn't excellent service when I have to add personal pin manytimes doesn't active...Anyway just an agent work with onewest bank help to check balance ,some first Citizens bank ,onewest bank wasn't experienced when customer calling to check balance its always terrible calls!! only asked Agents to help..Thanks for quick service again..
I have a savings account with a substantial amount of money. I just learned they are charging 50 a month for them to use my money. Stay clear of this bank.
