Yesterday a lady her name is Bertha Carlevale wasn't excellent service when I have to add personal pin manytimes doesn't active...Anyway just an agent work with onewest bank help to check balance ,some first Citizens bank ,onewest bank wasn't experienced when customer calling to check balance its always terrible calls!! only asked Agents to help..Thanks for quick service again..
I have a savings account with a substantial amount of money. I just learned they are charging 50 a month for them to use my money. Stay clear of this bank.
I do personal banking here. The service has been pretty welcoming and professional, and if I ever had a problem with anything they helped me to take care of it. Banks been good to me so far since I joined in 2011. Works for all my needs.
I recieved my last check from my work. Both the CEO and the VP signed my personal last check. It was a direct check from this bank. I felt immediately looked down at. First the girl I spoke too Monica said that I could not cash it without having the CEO or the VP confirming that they had signed the check and its good to go through.
