The worst customer service ever! Incompetent and very rude!
My wife and I are new customers of the bank and had an excellent experience with all those who assisted us with the on-boarding. Everyone is super friendly and helpful including Scott in the Jupiter office and Robert in NC. Excellent customer service and experience!

I am not rating the service of the company Your Care America, First Citizens Bank or Culvers. I am leaving this statement on all three of their message boards since they are running their businesses on the property in connection. To all three and the Property Owners. There should be a joint effort in maintaining the surroundings, property in question and CLEANING up the TRASH in a consistent manner! TRASH is constantly around and some for many months.
