No one answers the phone. Rings 6x, goes to automated recording, push numbers to speak to someone at this branch, back to ringing 6x, same automated recording, going in circles, can’t get ahold of anyone.
The worst customer service ever! Incompetent and very rude!
My wife and I are new customers of the bank and had an excellent experience with all those who assisted us with the on-boarding. Everyone is super friendly and helpful including Scott in the Jupiter office and Robert in NC. Excellent customer service and experience!
Everybody is nice and very helpful.
