The 2 stars are for the 2 ladies who are always eager to help. Without Them this bank wouldn't get a single star from me. Management of this branch is horrible!! Do not think you matter to them because you don't! They should win an award for being the only business in the country who never believes the customer is right and actually scolds them instead of helping them. With a google rating this bad seems like they'd try to be nicer.
