all the tellers and the manager in this Branch were highly irritating and aggravating!!! I came really close to closing my account out but I've never had a problem in the branch I use at home!
I have known Alex Uncein and the staff at First Citizens Bank for 4 years now. A very trustworthy place, that caters to the business client.
Great bank. Very personable and nice and they are all about relationships. Alex Uncein is phenomenal to work with and has gone above and beyond for me multiple times, even when he was on vacation! Highly recommend.
4 phone calls to do currency exchange. Had to call customer service and spend 1 hour on phone. Been customer for 10 years in multiple states. Never had issue. Love this bank. Detest this branch
