Great bank. Very personable and nice and they are all about relationships. Alex Uncein is phenomenal to work with and has gone above and beyond for me multiple times, even when he was on vacation! Highly recommend.
4 phone calls to do currency exchange. Had to call customer service and spend 1 hour on phone. Been customer for 10 years in multiple states. Never had issue. Love this bank. Detest this branch
Worst bank ever. Screwed me over a measly $25. Was hung up on by a supervisor. DO NOT bank here, Central Florida!
I highly recommend this bank, not only is their customer service top notch but their loan programs are terrific. Personally, I applied and was approved for their home improvement loan which I needed for replacing my AC unit. From the time I applied to the time I had the money in my account was only 2 business days. this was great as when you need a new AC unit you need it as soon as possible.
