First time visiting, try to cash a check that is a first citizens bank check and they want to charge me $8 because I do not bank with them. The check is their check, as though they don't trust their own check but they are penalising me for not banking with them. I would never bank with them now. If I was to write out a check for $10 to pay someone they take almost all of it back if the person I write the check to does not have a bank account with them. The love of money will bring this banking company down.

I’ve never felt so discriminated towards until I met with a banker yesterday at this location. I’ve been with first citizen for a while now I went inside the branch around 4:45 after a long 14hour shift just too hear the way the male guy was talking too me ! I normally deal with the Lancaster branch but since me and my family moved too pageland I started going here ! He doesn’t need too be employed here . I’m a business owner myself and too hear how he addressed a small situation is shocking!!

I have dealt with First Citizens Bank since 1974 and have never had a complaint.
