They charge exorbitant ATM fees for withdrawing your own cash, they have few locations, and their hours of operation are a joke. Also, their online banking performance is horrendous. Wasted so much time on the phone trying to do an external transfer that I am done with this bank. Highly recommend that no one utilizes this bank.
