I hate that there is no service on Saturday at all, not even drive through until noon. Accessibility is bad. Life doesn’t stop in the weekends it’s ridiculous.
This is the worst bank ever! Even if you find a no fee atm this bank will charge you. I just got a $25 fee for 10 atm withdrawals which is not accurate. There are hardly any physical locations. They find any way to charge fees and screw you over. I will have a bill come out 1 second before my paycheck hits, and they charge an overdraft fee. They seem fraudulent because many times the processing times and deposits do not make sense. Save yourself a lot of trouble and stay far far away from this place!
This bank can’t even perform the most basic aspects of being a bank. You know, the whole “You put your money in, you get your money out” thing. It took more than an hour to close out my mom’s account because they had no record of her opening it (she opened it back when they were Guaranty Bank and were presumably competent). So, to be clear, they were using my mom’s money for loans and whatnot DESPITE NOT EVEN KNOWING WHERE IT CAME FROM. I don't understand how a business closes up the majority of their branches and then reduce the hours and no longeropen on Saturdays when people that work during the week can access their money.... When this was Gauranty bank, they accompanied their customers by having the drive-through open at least an hour after the inside closed and had business hours on Saturdays and more branches.
