Literally the worst and most inconvenient banking experience I've ever had. Constantly being charged after selecting free checking and I cannot use auto pay as an option on my credit card. At any other bank, these are simple services that you can set up in the branch when opening the account, but this bank makes you jump through hoops after you leave. I just closed the account. That's haw bad it was.

There was a time years back when First Citizen was a relatively friendly bank with a small-town atmosphere. That time has long gone; it’s now a fully corporate banking experience where you are a number, not a person. I recommend the excellent Mountain Credit Union.
