Kim Johnson and her staff are extremely rude. They have no intention in making this bank a safe or welcoming environment for queer people. When making deposits I was always met with hostile, hateful energy. I never asked any employee at this branch to call me by my chosen name, a name which they were well aware of. Rather than using no name at all, they chose to use my legal name because it quote "went against their religion". Literally the worst and most inconvenient banking experience I've ever had. Constantly being charged after selecting free checking and I cannot use auto pay as an option on my credit card. At any other bank, these are simple services that you can set up in the branch when opening the account, but this bank makes you jump through hoops after you leave. I just closed the account. That's how bad it was.
