To The Bank Manager: You need to train one of your tellers to be more competent and polite with your customers. I came there 15 minutes til closing and one of your tellers, Ms. Vasquez gave me a hard time to do a basic thing which is to request a simple Cash Advance transfer from debit card to my checking account at FCB. Ms. Vasquez couldn't do it because she claimed my debit is a Mastercard and it's not allowed. Really pleased with the service
I wouldn't recommend anyone to bank with First Citizens Bank. I would recommend that you bank with Bank of America or Wells Fargo. The employees are very rude and the bank doesn't do a great job at protecting you & your money.
