Excellent customer service, everyone that I conversed with was extremely polite and very professional. I live in Goldsboro, however I was in Greenville handling business and stopped at that location and totally received way better service than reviews claim. Great service.
Was going to open account with Truist, but accidentally stopped by First Citizens - Mason C was very accommodating and helpful professionally. Ended up opening a checking account with First Citizens instead!
