The staff is always friendly and very quick but thorough!
They never have available person to speak with you!!
The lady with the glasses is very rude
Called to set up a meeting to do a wire transfer but was told I didn’t need to and was also told incorrect information about the cutoff time for wire transfers. I was told to come back anytime the following day, so I came back at a normal hour and no one was available to help me. Disappointed in the communication and customer service.
No good. Tried to refuse a public notary on " not an account holder basis" law says different thing.
