Rude as hell tellers. Waited forever while the only teller who was working just chit chatted with a co worker. It's time to change banks. Someone needs to give employees here a refresher of what customer service is.
This bank has Safety deposit boxes we pay for. I highly recommend Sat. hours at this Branch from 9 am to 1 pm on Sat. If not, we should be offered other location options.
