This is a great bank I trust them far more than some of the “bigger banks” in the area. They have been my bank since I graduated high school. I’ve been a member for 7 years. I’ve never had any issues. They not only are efficient but are also very kind and serviceable.
No one answers the phone when you call. I have a issue with my account, and I can't get a hold of anyone. Very frustrating, which is why I still have my main accounts with chase
I am a new customer. I received an email from FCB stating I would never receive a text from the bank asking for private bank info; beware, it's fraud. Lo and behold; someone tried to do exactly that. Thank you, FCB for the heads up!

Let me start off by saying I’m 6 months pregnant and my doctor’s office is next to the bank my appointment was at 1:30 there was no parking in the lot of where my doctors office was so I parked at the bank. My appointment was over within 10 minutes walked back to my car to a huge orange sticker stuck and basically glued to my car saying I wasn’t allowed to park there.
