I trust and love this bank! Veronica is the best here. She is very kind, informative, and has that sparkle in her smile that is very welcoming.
This place is prejudice to P.O.C. My wife went to deposit her settlement check from her accident and the clerk at this location told us we couldn't open an account because she didn't know us. There were at least 4 ppl working and no customers in the building aside from us. Apparently they were too busy to help us. We called another location in surprise an hour and thirty minutes away and they actually helped us open an account and make a deposit. This location is disgraceful and highly disrespectful they need to do better.
Place is ridiculous. 0 communication.
Veronica does not know how to notarize documents. Wild stuff. Stay away.
Terrible bank. You have to pay for statements that are only couple years old? Stupid fees and terrible customer service at all locations. So glad I closed my biz account with them last year. Switched to a local credit union and MUCH better.
