I literally just had the worst experience. The Teller embarrassed me. Was rude and then at the very end when I asked her to count the money, she didn’t count the 2500 that was owed back to me. I just felt like the experience was horrible.
I have never had a bank tell me that they did not want my business, but First Citizens bank changed that. I am looking for a bank or credit union to consolidate my banking needs and buy foreign currency. I called in to get this banks rate and check fees. I was planning on moving my money from my current credit union that doesn't offer currency exchange to a new bank/credit union that does. Thanks for all of the helpful information. This bank offers much more than my previous bank in regards to business services. Alex was very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with.
Mortgage got transfered to these guys. I try to set up automated payments. They make it a nightmare. Don't get back to me. Finally, they kill my credit (825 to 550!) Because THEY wouldn't get back to me on how to set up the friggin automated mortgage payment (which I've never had an issue setting up before on 4 prior homes in the last 10 years). Never missed a mortgage payment or credit card payment in my life prior to this. Now I get to spend 3 years rebuilding my credit due to these crooks. Awesome.
