I've never been in the branch - don't have to because they handle everything by phone just fine - they usually answer within the first few rings and you get a real person, not a bot. Today it was Luiz who helped me find out when a deposit was clearing. He needed to talk to that department but then he called me back as promisted and gave me the info I needed. They dont have ATM outside so if you need weekend ATM you cant take or deposit money. Whos dumb idea was this .
