I have nothing but the best things to say about this bank. When I first walked in, I was honestly caught off guard by how nice and modern it looked — definitely not your typical bank. They are not welcoming I came to open am account and was told I could not speak with a banker or anyone that they have a review process. I make plenty money your loss.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I paid off a vehicle loan. Four weeks have passed with each week being told the title would be overnighted to me. Still nothing. Called to check again on week four. Now they state the title isn't even paid off, after being told three times by customer service it was and the title would be sent overnight on three separate occasions. My first impression of this bank is getting worse with every visit. The first time I came to open an account, I realized they don’t have an ATM, aren’t open on the weekends, and close at 5. That’s not the worst thing, and the kind gentleman that greeted me is why I’m even giving 2 stars. I’d like to personally thank Jarrod Berger from the First Citizen bank located in Frisco, Texas. My grandparents have banked with First Citizen for over 25 years. Jarrod has been informative, patient and resourceful while helping senior citizens. Furthermore, we unfortunately have had to deal with probate and issues that occur and want to thank Jarrod for the extra time spent, proactive measures to keep compliant and care with concern throughout this process.
