I’d like to personally thank Jarrod Berger from the First Citizen bank located in Frisco, Texas. My grandparents have banked with First Citizen for over 25 years. Jarrod has been informative, patient and resourceful while helping senior citizens. Furthermore, we unfortunately have had to deal with probate and issues that occur and want to thank Jarrod for the extra time spent, proactive measures to keep compliant and care with concern throughout this process. Excellent service received by Saylor, each time myself or my wife have visited the branch, she is extremely helpful and accommodating.
My wife and I opened a new account at First Citizens. We had a large number of savings bonds that had already matured. Saylor Nuckolls worked with us through the whole long process. She was very patient, cheerful and VERY helpful. We could not have asked for anyone better to help us through the process. Thank you Saylor and First Citizens!
I did stop there to open an account & sit for about 5 minutes & no one bothered to help or even ask if I needed help highly not recommended
