Can't blame all the employees, but I will never bank here after feeling I was being interrogated. I told her and I walked out! The better approach is tell someone what you offer in banking,not all the damn questions you asked,that was none of your business. Too many choices in this area. First Citizen Bank, South Hill will not be one of them.
We love FCB in South Hill, Va. They have always provided us with friendly service no matter what our requirements may be. From lost debit cards, to creating student accounts and moving funds. They take their time to listen and to assist. Thank you Management and staff at FCB in South Hill
Not understanding the digital. Why have it, if it takes so long for them to take the money out of your account and show up a week later!!!! Pay a bill on Monday and it shows on app over a week LATER!!!!! I called the Branch and spoke to a manager about it and I was dismissed. As if she had better things to do then to answer the questions of a customer.
Not a very friendly staff working here…
