Just had a very wonderful experience in this Bank. I'm not a customer of theirs however I needed to cash a check . Considering i came from North Naples traffic was terrible so i arrived at the bank close to closing time. Mary Ann was working the Drive -thru and was just as nice as could be to me.and just as pleasant as one could be. After fighting traffic and a long day of work needless to say I was stressed out badly. However my experience with at this bank today with her made for a nice way of closing out my day. My debit card got retained by the ATM, I walked in and they wouldn’t help me at all. I couldn’t get money out AND I lost my debit card. The part that makes you cringe is that they own the ATM but can’t get into it. Total garbage.
Everyone is Always pleasant to deal with and are very helpful!!
