We have been with First Citizens bank for over50 years have borrowed money many times, things have changed in a very negative way, needs to go back to Mr. Russ, Frank Humphrey, and Steve Covil, they were real bankers, now the simplest of request such as change of address can’t be done over phone. Soon to be former Customer

Great customer service from everyone that works here at the local bank in Burgaw. I have not had any issues with this bank. Jessica is phenomenal. She is always respectful and extremely knowledgeable. I will continue to bank here for years to come.
