Don’t use this bank. I went through HOOPS trying to close my account because I moved out of state, finally got it all signed away, thought it was over with, they kept the account open without me knowing at let it run into the negatives some how?! Now the account is STILL open months later and I have to go through the entire process over again, and I have to find a way to have $100+ dollars put back into it, and hope they close it when they say they did this time. This has been a nightmare.
I went in to see about getting a home equiity loan and Amanda Cox was able to help me very quickly. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable about every step of the process. The whole process went very smoothly and I was finished in a couple of days. Had an excellent experience with this bank. I will continue to use this bank in the future! Amanda was very compassionate and thoughtful through the entire process, and I felt very comfortable with her help and guidance.
