I went in to see about getting a home equiity loan and Amanda Cox was able to help me very quickly. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable about every step of the process. The whole process went very smoothly and I was finished in a couple of days. Had an excellent experience with this bank. I will continue to use this bank in the future! Amanda was very compassionate and thoughtful through the entire process, and I felt very comfortable with her help and guidance.

Went in recently for auto loan, took care of me and got a lower rate than dealership offered . No issues, good experience
One star is a gift. This bank has very rude employees that are lackluster and unhelpful. JC Phillips is one. From the time we opened our business accounts and every interaction since has been a struggle and headache. He can't file paperwork correctly, can't get name spellings correct, he said he would correct spelling AFTER the contracts were signed, and the list goes on.
