First citizens is not a local bank - they are now a giant institution with the worst possible customer service available. The Morehead City Branch, in particular, is of the worst banking experience you could possibly experience. If you’re a business customer - you need to take your business elsewhere. The staff was very friendly, Beth was wonderful at helping me get account set up! I was in and out quickly!
Couldn't be happier with my experience of this week. Brandon Potter helped me put through a wire transfer and resolved an issue with my on line banking without more than a minute of wait time. That is the type of service I have come to expected being a member for 20 plus years Cannot recommend the bank/ branch more highly
