The staff was very friendly, Beth was wonderful at helping me get account set up! I was in and out quickly!
Couldn't be happier with my experience of this week. Brandon Potter helped me put through a wire transfer and resolved an issue with my on line banking without more than a minute of wait time. That is the type of service I have come to expected being a member for 20 plus years Cannot recommend the bank/ branch more highly
No phone communication
I have been using First Citizens Bank all over eastern North Carolina it's the best
They really need to answer the phone! They route all important work through the branch - give you a heads up to call first to be sure you have what you need - then they don't answer the phone. It's poor customer service.
