Avoid banking here. This is the 3rd iteration of this bank, which was originally a Mutual of Omaha bank before being bought out multiple times. Each time is worse than the last. They don't offer free checking, which says enough about how shady this is ran. Additionally, the hours change on a dime as they close for lunch daily preventing customers from doing banking at a time of day any normal bank would be open. Take your money elsewhere and save the headaches you'd get from banking here.
Called first to verify I could have a mobile payment from a bank account at a different bank. Got to the location to be told it wasn't possible and that I need a check or to use the app. What would you say these employees do here if the answer is just use the app?
