This branch offers excellent service, and Gina is a standout. She’s professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this location for its top-notch customer service.
This bank will not cash a check that was issued from it. I recieved a check for a amount less than $20k. They refused to cash it. Even though the issuing bank for check was first citizens. Plus every time I have been to this bank the same old lady just gives off the vibe that she thinks she is above anyone else. Generally, haven't had any good experiences here.
