I moved to Bryson City for a job at NOC. I knew no one and my bank was in another state, so I needed a local one. There aren't a lot of options, but I am glad I picked First Citizens, in no small part b/c it is NC based. My hunch was correct. Every team member I have interacted with, including those at out of NC branches, treats their customers like VIP's.
