Terrible customer service and terrible IT. They purchased Entegra bank and totally botched the transition for me. They cost me countless hours of rework and trying to fix everything they broke. Very hateful and lazy people. Only once did a manager return a call and it was not good information. Several months in limbo. I could not even file my tax return because they never sent the tax documents and even said they cannot do so! Go elsewhere the first bank is the worst.
