Gave them all of my personal information and business information to attempt and open up a personal (SSI, DL home address) and (business bank statements) business account. Olga from customer service was nice enough to put me in a email thread with 3 other representatives and I have not heard a peep from anyone. No one responded to my email and my applications. I had a disappointing experience here. While accompanying someone on an errand, I noticed that the staff seemed to prioritize their regular customers over others. For example, one of their clients was offered coffee and drinks, while I was left sitting without any acknowledgment. It felt like there was a lack of equal treatment for everyone. I hope they can improve their customer service to be more inclusive.
