I first utilized FCB decades ago in my hometown several counties from my current residence. The staff have always been kind and helpful across a range of needs.
Refused to cash my checks. A simple transaction that all the other branches do for me all the time because I didn’t have a personal account just a business account this branch sent me out the door to another branch in which I had no issues. I have no problem with the bank but this branch is one I’ll never return to.
Received wrong information on my account from branch manager which led to overdraft charge, she said the day before my account would be fine, called her three times, left descriptive messages, no response. Bad customer service. At least at this branch.
I’ve used this bank for several years. I suggest you don’t waste your time. I’ve had nothing but trouble. Tried several times to cash large checks and very rudely replied we have to take care of our business customers first . So i went to another branch with no problems ever . As well as deposited a check today and teller not once told me was a hold on . Until I checked my account later. Then I receive a call saying the check was fraudulent.
