I live in staunton and still only deal with first citizens bank in clifton forge!They are so polite and on the ball!Great job to all the members in this bank and I get a smiley face on ever envelope!Thank you
I’m totally disgusted with how things are run there. Most banks give u your bank card as soon as you open an account there but instead they make you wait 7-10 business days to get ur new card. They also don’t tell you that if u make a deposit using mobile app your deposit won’t get into ur account for 3-5 business days so here you are trying to make a purchase and you can’t. I’m so disappointed I’m going to look for another bank..
If you're on a fixed income this is not the bank to go to because they do not know how to take the money out when you spend it they wait till the end of the month and then overdraw you
