Never again! I have a founders account and Navy Federal account. I only opened an account based off reviews. First I was told a few days to access my account. Now im being told almost two weeks! I can take the same checks ans cash them at founders the same day. They are holding my account she said it could even be 30 days. As soon as they clear I'm closing my account. This is crazy
This First Citizens location is convenient for me and the staff are very nice and helpful.
They have the dirtiest money I have ever seen from a bank. If you want to make change the currency you receive is worn out and needs to be disposed of. You can request new currency bit your request goes unheard.
