People seem generally nice, but I haven't used a bank in over 20 years, and I'm not enjoying the experience. There are fees for SO MUCH. And I tried to get a document notarized, which is something my old credit union offers as a standard service for customers, and they refused. When I asked them why, I got a vague answer.
