This bank has the absolute worst customer service ever! I had a fraudulent charge on my account on December 23 but when I tried to report the charge their card services and fraud department were closed. Now they are making me wait up to 10 business days to return my money. They refuse to let you speak to the dispute department and after being a direct deposit customer for 6 years the supervisor that did take my call had the nerve to tell me they had to make sure I was telling the truth!
