Laughably pathetic! Both the local branch in Littleton, and First Citizens Bank in general are very poorly managed. Online banking is a joke, and every transaction takes at least 3 business days - even moving money from savings to checking completely inside your First Citizens account! People who work at the bank are incredibly incompetent. It would be funny except for the fact they work for a financial institution, not a fast food restaurant.
Very friendly and helpful in every way!
