Another bad experience at OneWest.... They gave me a hard time cashing my check from their account hold I did work for and took for ever to call them, I had to call them and figure out their job and still they would not waive their fee to cash the check. And they want me to join their bank hahaha NOPE. You guys are not a good bank. Bad business. Not happy

The customer service is great, my issue is with the ATM's. This is has made me look at opening an account with another bank. I want a bank that has up to date ATM's that accept cash deposit which are made available as soon as deposited. Having to wait 24 hours for a cash deposit to be available is not acceptable any more in this time in era. If customers had the option to deposit cash without an envelope like most other banks, would be very beneficial and great for all of you customers.
