No appointment needed. Just come and someone will be right w you. We’re sitting here and nobody has greeted us or said a word to us at all. Service could definitely use a lot of work in communication. You step in the office and it’s like they’re ready to get you out and don’t have time for you or even care for your time.
Not top tier service but definitely not the worst bank in the area.
Banked here for years until recently, the prior staff Debbie and Diane were personable and customer friendly. The newer staff are rude and the teller at the drive thru actually lied to me, about what she could do with my account. I started to close my account but decided to just use another branch.
Nice & professional
Always get treated with respect from all the people that works at this branch. My son loves going with me cause they always give him a lollipop.
