Great bank,everyone very helpful
If it is possible to leave negative stars, that’s what this branch deserves. The Indian lady is the rudest person on the planet accused my daughter of trying to pass off a fake money order that was drawn on a bank in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and mailed to her And then when we tried to complain at the branch, she deferred us to the website so we did just that we made an official complaint with corporate on the website and now we’re leaving a negative review and hopefully she gets some education on how to treat custo... read more
If you’re in the business of inconvenience this is the branch for you. Routine banking activities are a headache… Opening an account? Utility bill is not enough. Adding authorized user? can’t do it on the spot even though branch is empty. Notarize affidavit? can’t be done even tho customer service states otherwise.
