Horrible customer service The women teller was rude Please be aware of this place
I stopped by today too withdraw 25.00 out my account at the window I waited almost 30 mins just for the teller too give me an envelope with 2.500 dollars out my account I asked her why she took that much out when I simply wrote down 25.00 she preceded too tell me if my account was and the red she wouldn’t gave it to me ????? I didn’t have time to get her name only cause I was and a rush to an important business meeting. If it is possible to leave negative stars, that’s what this branch deserves. The Indian lady is the rudest person on the planet accused my daughter of trying to pass off a fake money order that was drawn on a bank in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and mailed to her And then when we tried to complain at the branch, she deferred us to the website so we did just that we made an official complaint with corporate on the website and now we’re leaving a negative review and hopefully she gets some education on how to treat custo... read more
