Easy access to the ATM.
I would recommend this bank to anyone! They are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Never had an issue yet. My account was recently hacked; and the teller's took care of helping me get resolved.
Very terrible experience with this bank. From holding checks for a month after deposit to canceling debit cards for suspected fraud, without a call or verify. Very inconvenient to use a bank like this. Be prepared for a lot of excuses.
I wouldn't recommend anyone to bank with First Citizens Bank. I would recommend that you bank with Bank of America or Wells Fargo. The employees are very rude and the bank doesn't do a great job at protecting you & your money.
