We have been with First Citizens bank for 15 years now, and they are great!
Wrong branch to stop at. Lady didn't know what she was doing. Put a hold on my deposit because she said I had an account for less than 30 days. Not the case at all but I didn't have time for her to call my home branch. Super slow considering I was the only one there. So I stopped again because I was in the area and it took 20 mins to make a simple deposit. the lady had a really bad attitude and then admitted she put it in wrong and had to re-enter it what really pisses me off is three other people came through the drive-thru... read more
Walked in at 12:30pm to open up an account, there was only 1 customer and 3 bank tellers non of which could help me and saying that I needed to come back in 45 minutes. Without telling me why I had to wait, kept saying “ you’ll just have to wait 45 minutes” so I went next door to Bank of America and got one opened in 15 mins and they had a full house. Terrible service at first citizens bank rude bank tellers.
