Above average customer service! Stephanie, the manager at the time of this writing (5-2018), went above and beyond to assist me with a situation. I called another branch first and got nowhere. If you have the opportunity to choose your First Citizens branch, I would choose this one! It makes all the difference when people go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of.
