Been my bank since I was 16, they have always been helpful and polite, just wish their was a branch in Thomasville.
I have used First Citizens for years now as my main bank. Just be sure to watch what time you go to this location because they close for a long time for lunch.

I would advise anyone considering First Citizens in general to think twice. I have had a business account with them for 2 years and constantly having issues being charged many times when I wasn't supposed to be. Most recently I sold a truck in which I had the loan through First Citizens, the payment was also Auto drafted through First Citizens account.
