I have been experiencing significant difficulty reaching FC bank in Archdale via telephone, and my calls are often not returned. It’s disappointing to see how the level of service has declined since the days when Mary Brown was there, as it used to be such a welcoming place. Recently, I waited for over an hour to see the bank manager. She knew I was there and when the bank manager finally ended her call, she gathered her belongings and headed to the door.
