At first I was a little scared to open an account here for my small business because of the reviews. But I went anyway seeing as all the reviews were older. Im so glad I did. Soly the new manager was so sweet! Opening an account was super easy and fast. She is knowledgeable and answered every question I had. I was greeted when I walked in and in perfect small town charm all the tellers seemed to know all the customers by name.
The First Citizens in Stedman is very unprofessional!! They always have different tellers been banking with them over 10 years everytime I go in there its different people! This past week had an encounter with Brad very unprofessional and was caught in soooo many lies! Told me to wait til Monday til the smoke blowed over but never contacted me never reached out! Not such a great branch manager!!! Stedman definitely needs a better branch manager then brad! He even got mad we called him out about his lies and closed my account... read more

This bank sucks. I can't wait until Monday so that I can close both accounts.
In this bank the client is never right. The director Brad Duenweg is useless, bureaucratic and he doesn't know anything, he has to consult everything by phone. He made me waste time and money.
