Dear First Citizens, it really is the small things that matter. Charging $8.00 for a notary stamp to an existing customer in my opinion is one of those small things. Driving to Morehead City to my other bank where they don't charge existing customers for notary work.
Went through the ATM drive through, and the machine would not dispense money, and there wasn't a sign or anything visible
The manager should be fired! My mother passed and I went to the bank to close out 2 accounts and close a safe deposit box. I had the death certificate, probate release, photo id, POA for my brother who was the executor, and copies of the last statements. They wouldn’t accept the POA that was drawn up by local attorney, filed with deed office!
