It's unreal that I can go to Cape Carteret. North Carolina have no problems with cashing my payroll. Check but if I go to any other first citizens, they love to give you a problem. After trying to help this branch my debit card was frozen by the senior teller. Was told they tried calling me four times without a return call so they freeze my debit card like I sit on my phone all day. While on the phone with their call center they still refused to lift freeze which the call center did for me. BEWARE OF THIS BUNCH IN NEWPORT.

This review is for First Citizens as a whole, NOT this particular bank. I cant suggest this bank if you are into money transfers you will be waiting DAYS. Even with small money instant transfers.
This bank doesn't care! I have missing money from my account and I can't get any solid responses from any manager... I am going to formally file a complaint with banking regulators, I feel I have sufficient proof .....
