One of the worst customer service and worst bank in the world they didn’t help me with anything especially associates and the bankers it’s just disgusting. That bank is terrible don’t even try!!!!

Always pleasant. This may sound odd but most banks keep it super hot in the winter. The temp in first citizens always feels refreshing not a sweat box
