I joined this Bank when it's just a small bank because I like to bank local and keep it local and keep it in the usa. So they were only in North and South Carolina when I join back in 2011, but now they've grown into a huge conglomerate bank and they've turned into a Bank of America or truest and there's no longer any customer service.
