I have been dealing with FCB for many years and have dealt with several branches. Many branches are typical of what you can expect from a mega-bank, but not this one. I have nothing but praise for the service I have received at this branch. The appointments are punctual, I have never had to wait when making an appointment. I agree that this branch lacks competence and appreciation. Bank rep did not offer me the best product for my loan. Kept requesting documents.She continue to state my pmts were straight princible yet I had 5.99%. I asked her about interest. She stated she quoted me a fiqure from the top of her head. When dealing with people monies you want facts . Not from top of your head quotes. I felt as though I was not important. And she just told me anything to get me off phone. Christian at this location lacks authority, competence and appreciation of client's time. In general, he is apathetic. I will not visit this branch again and grateful that it isn’t the one that is most convenient for my daily business.
