A bank that is invested in the community with a great team of employees that include Sr. VP John Goldthwait. Easy to drive to location makes this a wonderful bank for business owners.
In 2018 I went into FCB Oak Island NC and asked if there were a credit union on the Island... I was told no !! I trusted a woman in the office to the right of entrance! My wages are direct deposited... though I’ve experienced multiple issues with depositing checks from my husband and or third party. People of color do not receive the same level of service here, would not recommend visiting this branch location. Unless you want to support a business who mistreats people who are different, who are solely discriminated based off a certain stereotype. Unfortunately an employee of mine did receive a different quality level of service here. Which is against their non-discrimination policy.
