I’ve never had a bank make me want to close an account on the spot like them. A couple of months ago I had to fraudulent charges on my account that caused it to overdraft, I’ve been called to inform them that the charges were fraudulent, and not to lift it I can’t be charged by the same people again. Not only did they let the account get charged again, but then they refuse to work with me on any of the four overdraft fees ($36 a pop).
